You can ride either direction. Either direction you start is going to be a climb. Get to the top have an awesome fun decent to the bottom. You can connect it with Schoolhouse Gulch to make a loop.
You can start from either the White Spar Campground Parking Lot or the Senator Highway Small parking lot. To get to either one head south from downtown Prescott on either 89 or Senator Highway. The White Spar Campground Parking Lot is on the left heading south and the Senator Highway Parking Lot is on the left heading south. See Map.
